BREAKING: Gravenhurst Council Moves To Put Regional Centre Property In Open Market
Gravenhurst Council has been updated on the state of the Muskoka Regional Centre property. During last night's meeting, Council was informed that Maple Leaf Schools is not going to be pursuing the property anymore, due to being unable to meet the Province's terms. As a result, council voted to return the property to the open market. Glen Davies, CAO at the Town of Gravenhurst, says that though the decision is now made, council will make sure that the property is developed in a manner that represents the best value to the community.
