Canada Day Celebrations Move to Muskoka Heritage Place This Year
The Town of Huntsville announced that Canada Day Celebrations will kick off at Muskoka Heritage Place this year. Huntsville Mayor Scott Aitchison says “As we celebrate Canada, it is good to pay homage to our roots”.
The gates to Muskoka Heritage Place, Village and Museum entrance, will open at 9 am and admission is free to the Canada Day celebrations.
Other events include Music on the Town Hall steps, At noon, a barbeque hosted by the Huntsville Legion takes place.
The Port Sydney Parks and Recreation Group will be hosting events at Port Sydney beach
Canada Day celebrations will end with a fireworks display over Hunters Bay starting at 10 pm.
