Driver Faces Impaired Charges After Taking Down Posts, Guard Rail and Trees In Single Vehicle Collision
On Saturday, Police (OPP) officers responded to a complaint from a member of the public after hearing what he believed was a motor vehicle collision on Fraserburg Road in of Bracebridge.
Police responded and located a male that travelled approximately 100 meters off the roadway knocking down two posts some guard rail wire and multiple trees .
Officers subsequently arrested and charged the driver, 23 year-old Johnathon Robichaud of Burlington with Operation While Impaired by Drug.
He will appear in a Bracebridge Court on September 7, 2021 to answer to this charge.
