Health Unit Reports Two New Cases In Muskoka

The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit released it new case numbers late yesterday – the first report since December 24th.
269 new cases were reported, but only 2 in Muskoka, one in Bracebridge and one in Huntsville.
The health unit is reporting 25 active cases including one person in hospital. One person from Huntsville died from COVID-19 on the weekend, but that has not been included in the report which would bring the total number of deaths in the district to three.
