Liberals without a candidate in upcoming provincial election

With the removal of Barry Stanley, the local riding association for the Liberal Party has run out the clock and will not be fielding a candidate in the upcoming provincial election this time out.
Stanley was removed after revelations about a book on his theory on homosexuality came to light on Wednesday, and the deadline for nominations was Thursday, leaving the Liberals without a candidate.
