Load Restrictions Begin Today In Huntsville

Half load restrictions on some roads in the Town of Huntsville go into effect today.

The municipality says that starting today and running until June 1st, vehicles are restricted to load limits of 5 tonnes per axle.

The town says vehicles over a certain weight class are not permitted to use the roadway. This includes larger vehicles like:

  • dump trucks
  • delivery trucks
  • concrete trucks
  • heavy equipment floats that haul excavators, bulldozers and cranes
