MAHC Takes On Four New Directors
Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare has gained four new members on its board of directors.
The appointment was approved on Monday, August 23rd by members of the corporation. Among the new directors is Sally Ashton of Bracebridge who, among other positions in her impressive resume, served as senior counsel to the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General for over twenty years. Evelyn Bailey of Port Carling is a Global Managing Director and business transformation professional at IBM. Marsha Barnes is currently working as CEO for a healthcare consulting firm. And Carla Clarkson-Ladd of Minett has worked as a Chief Administrative Officer for the Cities of Kitchener and Barrie.
Additionally, Professional Staff Vice President Doctor Ken Hotson joins Credentialed Staff President Dr. Deb Harrold as an ex-officio member. The Board of Directors at MAHC play a key role in setting policies, and developing and realizing the vision of MAHC.
