Premier Doug Ford's move to invoke the Notwithstanding Clause yesterday will have no affect on the selection of the Muskoka District Chair.

Ford's move, overturning a ruling by judge not to allow the province to cut Toronto city council by nearly half, has no effect at the District level.   District Council will select the chair as it has done since the District was created in the 70's.
