Police Charge Driver With Impaired After Multiple Complaints From The Public

Yesterday at 5:12 p.m. Bracebridge OPP received multiple complaints from motorists travelling on Highway 11 North in Gravenhurst, about a white sedan travelling at high speeds and unable to stay in one lane.
Officers located the vehicle at a downtown business after a final complaint of a suspicious person.
Police arrested and charged 23 year-old Joseph Patrick of Toronto, with Impaired Operation by Drug, Possession of Schedule II Substance for the purpose of Trafficking, and 2 counts of Failure to comply with release order.
He will appear in a Bracebridge Court on March 11, 2021 to answer to his charges.
