Police recover body of missing sledder

Police have recovered the body of a missing snowmobiler who fell through the ice in Georgian Bay.
On Monday, at approximately 2:35 p.m. members of OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit along with the Georgian Bay Fire Service located and recovered the body of the lone outstanding snowmobiler.
The deceased has been identified as a 59-year-old man from Scarborough and the injured operator as a 58-year-old man from Toronto, who remains in hospital being treated for injuries sustained in the incident.
The investigation is continuing.
