Three New COVID-19 Cases In Muskoka
The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit reported 23 new cases of COVID-19 today, down from the record of 36 reported yesterday.
The new cases, include 3 in Muskoka Lakes Twp, 2 males and one female. Two of the three cases were acquired from close contact according to the health unit. The third case is under investigation.
So far, in Muskoka there have been 67 cases with one death and 59 recovered. There continues to be no hospitalizations in Muskoka.
Meanwhile the province is reporting 939 new cases on Friday, and five new deaths.
More than 44,900 tests have been completed, finding majority of the cases in the province’s hotspots, Toronto, Peel and Ottawa.
