Parking in an EV charging station could cost you $125

The Town of Huntsville are making changes to the Parking Control By-law to allow enforcement against the improper use of Electric Vehicle Charging Station Parking Spaces.
The proposed revisions, approved by the Committee, addresses issues surrounding vehicles parked in these designated spots if they are not electric vehicles or if the electric vehicle is not connected to the charging station.
Council authorized a $125 fine for the infraction.
