The Women’s Wellness Expo is a one day, community-focused event created to support women through education, connection, and access to trusted wellness resources. Designed for women at all stages of their wellness journey, the Expo brings together local experts, businesses, and speakers in a welcoming, empowering environment.
Throughout the day, attendees can explore a thoughtfully curated vendor marketplace featuring local businesses in fitness, nutrition, mental health, holistic wellness, beauty, self-care, and lifestyle services. This is a space to ask questions, discover new tools, and connect with professionals who genuinely care about your well-being — without pressure or rushed interactions.
In addition to the vendor marketplace, the Expo offers classes, workshops, educational panels, and special guest speakers designed to educate, inspire, and provide practical takeaways you can apply to your everyday life.
