The driver was arrested for impaired operation
Huntsville OPP arrested a driver after stopping a vehicle driving without headlights.
Police says that on Saturday, at around 7:45 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Main Street West for failing to signal and driving without headlights.
The driver, a 38-year-old Bracebridge man, failed a roadside alcohol test and was charged with operation while impaired with a blood-alcohol level over 80.
The driver was released and is scheduled to appear in a Bracebridge court in February.
His driver’s license was suspended for 90 days, and his vehicle was impounded for a week.
