Police ask you avoid the area and if you are stopped in traffic to lock your doors
Highway 11 is currently closed in both directions between Southwood Road and Cox Road near Washago due to an ongoing police investigation.
OPP are asking the public to shelter in place and to avoid this area entirely.
Police say if you are already caught in traffic, please remain inside your vehicle and keep your doors locked. Your cooperation is vital as officers work to ensure public safety.
