Bracebridge Holding Public Meeting On Development Charges
The Town of Bracebridge will be holding a Public Meeting regarding proposed development charges and policies that will be applied throughout the Town. The town is advising that a new development charges by-law will presented at a future council meeting.
The town says development charges are levied against new development, and are an important source of funding for growth-related capital expenditures.
Council is required to hold at least one public meeting to allow the public the opportunity to review and provide comments on the 2019 Development Charges Background Study, related staff reports and the proposed Development Charges By-law.
Anyone interested is invited to attend on Tuesday, May 7, at 5:00 p.m. at the Bracebridge Municipal Office
