Fundraising ramps up for Hospice Huntsville this fall
On Tuesday, Hospice Huntsville collaborated with Canvas Brewing Co. in Huntsville to create a limited-edition "Haskap Harvest Kolsch," with a dollar from each can donated to Hospice Huntsville. Its one of a few fundraisers for the organization this fall.
Starting today, Sandhill Nursery's Fall Festival begins. Its a longtime Hospice contributor, and last year's event raised enough money to cover a whole month of care, and this year's goal is $54,000. The event lasts six weeks and includes fall displays, food trucks, games, and activities, as well as live music and other weekend events.
Next Friday, Hunters Bay Radio will once again donate an entire day of airtime to raise funds for Hopice Huntsville.
