Huntsville and Area Historical Society launch 'Historical Walking Tour' app

The Huntsville and Area Historical Society launched a new way to explore Huntsville’s history with the Huntsville Heritage Walking Tour app at Partner’s Hall last night.
Supported by a $2,500 grant from Explore Huntsville, the app digitizes the historical society’s popular walking tour, featuring over 200 points of interest – including the Hunters Bay Radio building.
HAHS President Katrina Cotterchio praised the app as a valuable, eco-friendly tool that enhances visitor experiences and promotes local heritage.
Available on Google Play and the App Store, the app has already attracted over 1,700 views in its first month. Download the STQRY app and search for “Huntsville Heritage Walking Tour” to start exploring.
