LOB appoints new CAO

The Township of Lake of Bays announced yesterday that it has appointed Geoff Carleton as its new Chief Administrative Officer, effective March 10, 2025.
Carleton brings over 20 years of municipal experience, most recently serving as Director of Public Works for the Town of Bracebridge. He has played key roles in regional and provincial initiatives, including transportation and conservation planning.
Mayor Terry Glover says Council is excited to welcome Carleton and looks forward to his leadership in serving the community.
