O'Leary Had Alcohol On Her Breath Following The Boat Crash
The CBC is reporting that Linda O'Leary had alcohol on her breath after a breath test was performed following a fatal boat crash on Lake Joseph last August.
O’Leary was given a three-day driver's licence suspension.
Police say that O’Leary consumed vodka drink following the collision and prior to the breath test, but her lawyer insists his client was not intoxicated at the time of the crash.
O’Leary has been charged with careless operation of a vessel under the Canada Shipping Act and could face a $10,000 fine.
