Police looking for man involved in assault with a knife
The Huntsville OPP is asking for the public's assistance following an assault with a weapon that took place yesterday.
Police say that at around 10:10 p.m., officers responded to reports of an assault involving a knife and a possible firearm on King William Street. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police believe this was an isolated incident but are urging everyone to prioritize their personal safety.
The OPP is looking for Devon McKey, a 34-year-old white male, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 140 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the Huntsville area.
Police ask that if you have any information about his whereabouts, do not approach him—contact police immediately.
