Province adds funding for four new hospice beds to Andy's House

The Ontario government is adding four new hospice beds at Hospice Muskoka or Andy’s House in Port Carling. The expansion is part of a province-wide initiative to add 84 new adult hospice beds, increasing the total in Ontario to 768.
MPP Graydon Smith emphasized the importance of this investment, stating it will provide more families with access to exceptional palliative care.
Once open, Hospice Muskoka will have a total of seven funded beds, part of a broader effort to improve palliative care services across the province.
