Three charged with assault

OPP have charged three individuals in relation to a serious assault in Gravenhurst.
Police say that on Thursday, February 1, officers began an investigation into a serious assault that took place at a residence on First Street South in Gravenhurst.
Police say the victim was able to get out of the residence and was taken to hospital where he received care for significant injuries to his face.
Police have charged three individuals: 30-year-old Travis Shelton, 33-year-old Joshua Hummel and 44-year-old Raymond Shaw, all of Gravenhurst, each with Assault Causing Bodily Harm.
Each accused has an appearance upcoming in a Bracebridge Court to answer to their charges.
