“Jamie started in radio in 1978 as a part time promotions assistant at CFRA in Ottawa working his way up to producer. He moved to North Bay in 1985 to help put CHUR Radio (Now KISS-FM North Bay) on the air.
Jamie was a producer, an announcer and a sales professional with CHUR and a production voice for CTV in North Bay until he started Young Advertising in 1993, where he still works today. You may not know Jamie but you likely know his voice as the spokesperson for Mac Lang in Sunny Sundridge. Covering the Covers is the show that brought him back to radio announcing and production and he looks to syndicate the program in the future.”
