Physicist Patrick Moore from the Royal Astrological Society says that today at 9:47am local time, you might feel a little lighter on your feet due to the ‘Jovian-Plutonian gravitational effect’.

He said that at that exact moment, the planets would align and gravity on Earth would get a tiny bit weaker, so if you jumped in the air at exactly the right moment, you might feel like your are almost floating.

The effect, he says, will peak at exactly 9.47am, and gradually dissipate within a few minutes.

The planets align every 53 years and is not due to happen again until 2073.
