Huntsville Hospital Foundation Receives $500,000 Donation
The Huntsville Hospital Foundation announced that new residents of Lake of Bays and longtime Huntsville area cottagers, Ann and John Chamberlain, have made a generous donation of close to $500,000 to support future purchases of diagnostic and imaging technology for Huntsville Hospital.
John Chamberlain said “With Huntsville’s rapid development, we recognize the need for the hospital to keep pace and even stay ahead of that broader growth.”
Katherine Craine, Executive Director of the Huntsville Hospital Foundation added that “Improving our diagnostics capabilities leads to more precise treatment and even speeds recovery.”
The Focus on Imaging Campaign of the Huntsville Hospital Foundation has set a goal of raising $5 million within 3 years, all specifically to give the hospital the capital it needs to acquire diagnostics technology and imaging equipment.
