LOB Library celebrates major achievements

The Township of Lake of Bays is celebrating two major achievements by its public library.
The library has earned a Certificate of Accreditation, ranking 38 of 295 Ontario libraries to meet rigorous provincial standards—scoring an impressive 99%.
Meanwhile, the Dwight Branch received the Excellence in Action Award for its commitment to accessibility, going beyond AODA standards to create inclusive spaces.
At the Tuesday’s Council meeting, officials applauded the library’s dedication to excellence and community service.
