Man missing after court no-show on fatal collision charges

Authorities are seeking information on a suspect wanted for serious charges following a tragic accident in Seguin Township. Police say that on July 20, 2024, just after 11 PM, officers, EMS, and the Seguin Fire Department responded to a single-vehicle collision on Tally Ho-Swords Road in Seguin.
24-year-old Jogpreet Singh from Kingston faces multiple charges, including three counts of dangerous operation causing death and impaired operation causing bodily harm.
He was scheduled to appear in court on July 29 but failed to show up. Singh is known to frequent Kingston and Brampton. If you have any information on his whereabouts, please contact OPP.
