Police take truck off the road after spotting a duct taped window

Almaguin Highlands OPP have charged a commercial vehicle driver after they were caught using duct tape as a temporary fix for a broken driver's side window.

Police say that on Sunday, December 8, officers responded to a complaint about the vehicle and found it with the makeshift window repair.

The driver, a 27-year-old from Brampton, was charged with several offenses, including careless driving and failing to report an accident. The vehicle was deemed unsafe and removed from the road.
