South River man charged with DUI offences

Police have charged a South River man following a complaint about a potentially impaired driver.
Almaguin Highlands OPP say that on Saturday January 4th, officers responded to a report of a possible impaired driver on Ontario Street in Burks Falls.
After locating the vehicle and conducting an investigation, 54-year-old Timothy Rouble was arrested for impaired operation. He faces charges of operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit and impaired operation by alcohol.
Rouble has been released and is scheduled to appear in court on February 20, 2025.
