Student at HHS charged with assault

Huntsville OPP responded to an assault at the local high school on Wednesday. Police say a male student allegedly threatened and then assaulted a student, who required medical care.
The accused was arrested and charged with assault causing bodily harm and uttering threats. He was released into parental care and will appear in court on May 8th.
Police emphasize that violence and bullying in schools are unacceptable and encourage anyone affected to seek support.
