Woman charged with impaired after being stuck in the ditch

A McMurrich/Monteith Township woman is facing impaired driving charges after police responded to a vehicle in a ditch on Ravenscliffe Road in Huntsville on Tuesday.
Huntsville OPP arrived and found a female driver showing signs of impairment. She failed a roadside test and was taken for further breath testing.
The 50-year-old driver was charged with impaired operation and will appear in court on April 29 in Bracebridge. She also received a 90-day licence suspension, and her vehicle was impounded for seven days.
