YWCA presents Women of Distinction Awards Saturday

Nine Muskoka women will be recognized this weekend at the 19th Women of Distinction Awards Gala in Huntsville.
The event takes place Saturday, March 8, at Hidden Valley Resort, celebrating achievements in leadership and community impact. YWCA Canada CEO Aline Nizigama will deliver the keynote address, highlighting gender equity and social change.
Honorees include Dr. Eva Olsson and Penny Varney, who will receive the King Charles III Coronation Medal, and Jacqui Kramer, awarded the Muskoka Lakes Chamber Woman in Construction Award. Six others will be named Women of Distinction.
