MAHC lifts outbreak restrictions at Huntsville Hospital
Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare is advising that the COVID-19 outbreak at the South Wing of Huntsville District Memorial Hospital is over.
The MAHC says the outbreak lasted eight days and involved eight patient cases and five staff cases.
The South Wing has reopened to visitors under MAHC’s policy, allowing two visitors per day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The North Wing at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital remains under outbreak status, with general visiting suspended except for approved special circumstances and essential caregivers.
