37 year-old Huntsville man is facing charges of impaired operations.

Police have charged a driver with impaired operation after responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle.
O.P.P. say that on Wednesday, around noon, police investigated a vehicle near Muskoka Road 10 in Port Sydney and determined the driver was impaired by alcohol.
A 37 year-old man from Huntsville now faces charges of impaired operation due to alcohol and drugs, as well as having a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.
The driver was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court later.
