Police charge ATV operator with impaired
The Ontario Provincial Police in Bracebridge have charged a driver with impaired driving after a traffic stop involving an ATV.
Police say that on Tuesday, officers were conducting patrols on Frederick Street when they noticed the ATV was missing safety equipment.
After further investigation, a Bracebridge man was arrested and charged with operating the vehicle while impaired.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Bracebridge on January 7, 2025 to face the charge.
