62 year-old man is heading to court over $60,000 stolen
Huntsville O.P.P. has arrested a man following a theft report from a local business.
Police say that on Monday, they began investigating after an employee allegedly stole over $60,000 in construction materials. With help from the Muskoka Community Street Crime Unit, police recovered the stolen items in Haliburton on Wednesday.
Sixty-two year-old Andy Clayton from Algonquin Highlands Township has been charged with theft over $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime, and fraud over $5,000.
He has been released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
