Bracebridge welcomes new director of recreation

The Town of Bracebridge is welcoming Rick Cox as its new Director of Recreation, effective next week. With extensive experience in parks and recreation management, including roles in Brantford, Tillsonburg, and Minden Hills, Cox is committed to community engagement and volunteerism.
He will take over from Cindy O'Regan, who retires after 11 years of leadership, leaving a legacy with projects like the Muskoka Lumber Community Centre and the revitalization of local parks.
Mayor Rick Maloney and Chief Administrative Officer Stephen Rettie are confident Cox will continue to enhance Bracebridge’s vibrant recreation services.
