Canada wide warrant issued for missing offender

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is seeking public assistance to locate a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching their Statutory Release.
Benjamin BUDA, aged 34, is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall (180 cm), weighing 200 lbs (91 kgs), with black hair and brown eyes. BUDA has distinctive tattoos: Oriental Letters on his right arm, a Necklace with writing on his left upper arm, and a Clover on his left hand.
BUDA is serving a sentence of 2 years, 2 months, and 8 days for firearm-related offenses and is known to frequent Barrie, Toronto, and Ottawa.
