Huntsville father & son bring home medals from the Canadian Judo Championships

Last month, Huntsville natives, Jeff and Lucas Allen showcased their judo skills at the National Canadian Judo Championships in Montreal.
Lucas competed in the Under 21 Heavyweight division, securing a silver medal with his performance.
Meanwhile, Jeff excelled in the Grappling division, earning a bronze medal.
On the second day, Jeff dominated in the Masters +100 kg Heavyweight division, clinching the Gold medal and defending his title as the Masters Heavyweight Champion of Canada since 2019.
The victory also qualifies Jeff to represent Canada at the World Judo Championships in Las Vegas later this year.
