Huntsville Honour Roll moves to Canada Summit Centre

Last night, the community of Huntsville gathered at the Canada Summit Centre to honor WWII veterans with a special ceremony. Attendees included members of the Royal Canadian Legion, Mayor Nancy Alcock, town councillors, and local cadets, celebrating the new placement of the Huntsville Honour Roll.
Mayor Alcock praised the Legion's efforts, noting that the roll highlights the significant contribution of Huntsville, with 15% of its population having served. "This honour roll will remind us of this contribution. We will never forget," she said.
The Honour Roll, now prominently displayed, commemorates 400 local service members. It has moved from various locations since its original installation in 1947.
