Huntsville man charged with careless driving causing bodily harm in September crash
Following the investigation of a serious motor vehicle collision on Highway 60 in Huntsville, one driver has now been charged.
Police say that on September 6th, at approximately 6:00pm, Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Muskoka Paramedic Services, Huntsville-Lake of Bays Fire Department, and the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 60 in the area of Fairyview Drive. Two sport utility vehicles were involved in the collision.
As a result of the collision, 40 year old Joseph O'Halloran, of Huntsville was charged with one count of careless driving causing bodily harm contrary to the Highway Traffic Act and will appear at the Provincial Offences Court at a later date.
