Huntsville Mayor describes new strategic plan as a 'North Star' for the town

The Town of Huntsville recently approved its new Strategic Plan, to guide Council and Town Staff in their future initiatives.
Mayor Nancy Alcock describes it as Huntsville's "north star," reflecting the town's vision, mission, and values.
The plan emphasizes three pillars: Balanced Growth, Protected Natural Environment, and Lively, Healthy, & Safe Communities, along with a foundational statement focusing on being a stable, trusted, and engaged community partner.
The Town says that with this plan in place, Town Staff will create a Corporate Action Plan to implement goals and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the strategic priorities outlined in the adopted plan.
