Huntsville OPP charge Acton area man with impaired

The Huntsville OPP responded to a report of a possible impaired driver at a business on Aspdin Road in Huntsville, last Monday.

Upon arrival, police conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of 41-year-old Acton area man . He faces multiple charges, including operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol and drugs, as well as exceeding the legal blood alcohol concentration limit.

He is scheduled to appear in Court on November 5.
