LOB launches tap to donate system at public water stations

The Township of Lake of Bays is introducing a tap-to-donate system at its public water refill stations in Baysville, Dwight, and Hillside.
The new system aims to encourage more donations for the ongoing costs of the free, year-round service.
Funds raised will help maintain the water taps, replace aging wells, and support local initiatives, including the fire department.
The system accepts cashless donations and allows users to contribute as little as $2, with the option to donate more. Cash donations are still accepted at all locations.
