LOB to meet to discuss 2024 Draft Budget with a 9.06% tax increase

Lake of Bays council will be meeting tomorrow to discuss the 2024 Draft Budget with a 9.06% tax increase.
The municipality will benefit from an assessment growth of $36,528 in addition to the additional tax revenue of $587,920 from increased tax rate of 9.06%.
The Township of Lake of Bays says it has one of the lowest tax rates in this region.
The draft budget is expected to be passed at the next council meeting on February 13th.
