Madill Church Cemetery gets new columbarium

Huntsville has unveiled a new columbarium at the Madill Church Cemetery, which was donated by Helen and Wilf McQuinn in memory of their parents.
The structure includes a central monument features a tribute to the historic Madill Church.
The town says the columbarium adds an interment option and enhances the cemetery, which has recently seen improvements like new roadways and trees, funded through community donations.
Mayor Nancy Alcock highlighted the significance of the cemetery as a local landmark, honoring the region’s pioneers.
