Postponed Christmas Food Drive back on in Bracebridge
Bracebridge’s postponed holiday food drive for the Salvation Army South Muskoka Ministries is back on.
Firefighters and Muskoka Paramedic Services will go door-to-door on Monday, March 24, from 6 to 9 p.m. collecting non-perishable food donations. The event, usually held in December, was delayed due to severe weather.
Residents can leave donations on their porch by 6 p.m. and listen for sirens signaling pickups. Drop-offs can also be made at the Salvation Army Bracebridge Community Church.
Volunteers are needed—those interested can contact the fire department.
