Shania's fund for Irwin Public School to match donations
The Muskoka Community Foundation announced today that, thanks to the generosity of one of its benefactors, every dollar donated to the Shania Kids Can Clubhouse at the Irwin Memorial Public School in Dwight will be matched up to $4500.00 until September 30th.
Shania Kids Can, was founded in 2010 by Shania Twain, and provides resources and assistance to children, teens, and their families in times of crisis and economic difficulty.
The fund collaborates with elementary schools to provide a safe space within the school where students can seek assistance.
"This donation will provide so much for the kids at Irwin, and I hope that with the community's help, we can meet and exceed the challenge of doubling the $4,500.00," Shania said.
