South River man charged with robbery with violence
OPP have arrested two suspects in connection to a robbery in Orillia.
Police say that on Tuesday, shortly after 11:00 p.m., officers received a call that a woman had robbed a victim at a local business parking lot in Orillia. An unknown female suspect at the time approached the victim demanding all her property. When the victim would not comply, she was assaulted. The victim was treated at local hospital.
Shortly after Officers were dispatched to a break and enter at and once on scene officers located a man fitting the description of the suspect placing him under arrest. Several items in relation to the Robbery, belonging to the victim were found in his possession.
Through witness accounts, police were able to identify a female suspect and located the her on Wednesday.
37-year-old Mark Fagan of South River, has been charged with Robbery with violence and Possession of property obtained by crime.
30 year old Jessica King of Orillia faces charges including:
Robbery with Violence
Uttering Threats - Cause death or Bodily Harm
Assault Cause Bodily Harm, and
Possession of Methamphetamines
